Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and beta48, an online gambling platform operating under an international licence. By registering an account, accessing, or using any beta48 service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

This Agreement is written in Malay as the primary version. Should there be any conflict between different language versions, the Malay version will prevail.

User Eligibility

beta48 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at beta48. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. beta48 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to the user's own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Transferring an account to a third party, including selling or gifting it, is strictly prohibited. beta48 also reserves the right to decline registration without providing a reason.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

beta48 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods supported on the platform. All transactions are subject to the minimum limits set.

The payment methods accepted at beta48 are as follows:

• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)

• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

All withdrawals will be processed to the original account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. beta48 does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

Any attempt to process funds from illegal sources or to launder money will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

beta48 offers a welcome bonus to new members in the form of a 100% first deposit match up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be made.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

The bonus may only be claimed once per user. beta48 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms. Other promotions such as VIP member offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

The beta48 VIP Programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Tier advancement depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

beta48 users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Spreading false information, harassing other users, or damaging the reputation of beta48 through any channel.
• Attempting to access another user's account or beta48's internal systems without authorisation.
• Using funds from illegal sources to carry out any transaction on this platform.
• Registering an account with the intent to exploit existing promotions or bonus offers.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where appropriate. beta48 reserves the right to take action against users who breach these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

beta48 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the service runs without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, server outages, or issues beyond our control.

beta48 will not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data suffered by users as a result of using this platform, unless such losses arise from the direct negligence or fraud of beta48.

Game results at beta48 are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). beta48 does not control, manipulate, or alter game outcomes for the benefit of any party.

Account Suspension and Termination

beta48 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the beta48 customer support team. Any eligible balance will be returned after a proper review, within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules. Users agree that arbitration is the primary dispute resolution mechanism, and waive the right to bring action through ordinary courts, except in circumstances exempted by law.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
